1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Speed-Capacity's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Speed-Capacity provides workplace organization consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Workplace efficiency assessments
• Organizational structure optimization
• Employee productivity training
• Custom workplace solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their workplace needs
• Cooperate with our consultants during assessments
• Pay fees according to the agreed payment schedule
• Implement recommended changes in good faith

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

• Initial consultation fees due upon booking
• Project fees payable according to milestone schedule
• Late payment charges may apply after 30 days

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and documentation developed by Speed-Capacity remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their specific implementation.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client business information and workplace data. This obligation continues beyond the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Speed-Capacity's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Completed work and associated fees remain due upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved through Swedish courts or arbitration.
